Joint Stock Company Tbilgazi Establishes New Meter Reader Institution

The Joint Stock Company Tbilgazi announces the establishment of a Meter Reader Institution to begin operation on February 1, 2001.

This newly created institution will be responsible for taking readings from customer’s meters. The meter readers will ensure that accurate data is collected and thus the customers will be billed accordingly. In addition, cash collection will now be a separate activity from meter reading.  

JSC Tbilgazi considers this an important step in establishing improvements to the organization’s processes. The first phase of implementation will begin with Vake and Saburtalo customers.
